Hi! I look forward to meeting you!
A little about me:
I am a certified Spiritual Director through Fall Creek Abbey.
I am a certified Enneagram Consultant holding basic and advanced Enneagram Spectrum Training certifications which are accredited by the International Enneagram Association.
My masters degree is in Marriage and Family Therapy and my undergrad is in Occupational Therapy
I’m a wife, mom, and friend.
I’ve experienced first-hand the deep transformation that comes from being offered noise-free, shame-free, formula-free spaces to process and heal.
I enjoy a codependent relationship with my miniature dachshund.
I'm the director of Roots&Branches, a spiritual direction and contemplative healing non-profit in Cincinnati Ohio.
I am a member of Spiritual Directors International.
My pronouns are she/her.
I relate most to Enneagram style 4. I’m an INFP.
My faith journey has been one of unlearning. I’m in the process of exchanging certainty for deep knowing.
My work is informed by attachment theory, polyvagal theory, Internal Family Systems, and interpersonal neurobiology.
I celebrate the image of God in our LGBTQ+ siblings. Everyone is welcome just as they are. It makes me sad that we live in a world where that needs to be clarified.
I am giddy about the theology of original blessing, that God is not a bully, and that we are inherently, inseparably connected to the divine.
That’s not really my kitchen, but isn’t it darling?
Welcome!
I’m glad you’re here.
