Contemplative healing is a practice that opens safe space for you to connect with God for inner healing and restoration of the soul. Together, we journey into the deep love of God that heals and restores. Opening noise-free, formula-free, shame-free space, we listen and watch together for how Love wants to meet you with healing in your pain, shame or trauma. We’d meet for a series of sessions as needed focusing specifically on healing, or we can infuse contemplative healing as part of your practice of spiritual direction.
